You are not guaranteed results. Results are entirely dependent on demand for your service, how many case studies you have, and how saturated your market is. Under absolutely no circumstance should you assume that you are guaranteed to get results.

Bad Offer

1 Client For Every 20,000 - 100,000 Emails

Average Offer

1 Client For Every 5,000 - 20,000 Emails

Good Offer

1 Client For Every 1,000 - 5,000 Emails

What makes a great offer?

  1. Case Studies: showing that you have delivered quantifiable results for clients. Case studies are in video format revealing who the client & business is you got results for, and the results you got them are measurable. Minimum 3 case studies.
  2. Social Presence: you have a following online whether that be on LinkedIn, YouTube, or Twitter. Your face is visible. You regularly produce useful content for your market. You have lead magnets & assets for your market to consume. It's clearly evident that you are not an internet scammer.
  3. Specific Claim: your offer states an exact quantifiable result that a client will get working with you. Exactly like you're doing right now and why you're seeing this document. Specifically promise a result that is measurable.
  4. Guarantee: guarantee that your prospects will get the Specific Claim, and if they don't, they get their money back. If you have no case studies, work on a performance basis and only get paid after you get results. If you have no case studies, and refuse to have a guarantee or work on performance basis, you will never sign a client in your life regardless of what marketing tactic you attempt to do or agency/person you work with ever.

4 Total Variables.

Warning:

Having Less than 2 of these Variables is capital inefficient & useless. This does not just apply to cold email. It applies to every marketing tactic on the planet. If you fail to get these, your entire company will fail.

It's completely useless to keep the company operating if you refuse to get at least 3 of the Variables present - because nothing is every going to work for you.

Why You Should Move Forward Right Now, Even if You Don't Have the Variables:

  1. Once you sign up for the offer, your onboarding specialist is going to help you directly on how to build the variables out. These are only accessible for clients of this offer & you cannot get access to them otherwise.
  2. If you don't sign up, you're going to go get started with bozo agency owner who has no morals and will sell you on unrealistic expectations. They'll promise you dozens of meetings & clients and you will be denied a refund when it doesn't work.
  3. It's more efficient to directly work with people who have already done this. We've sent millions of cold emails ourselves & have worked with a ton of B2B companies to help them build their outbound systems. There is no other company who has more experience than us in terms of a founder team.
  4. You either figure this out now or you slowly fizzle away. There's only 3 ways to get clients: Cold Outreach, Content, Ads, and Referrals. Unless you want to film yourself for 30 hours per week or spend $1,000 - $3,000/day on ads, then your only option for any growth at all is Cold Email.
