The free five-day pipeline build
This is an example of what I would do for Salesforce. When you’re considering a switch, you care about how much time migration will take.
The outcome is that reps are working live deals in Salesforce. The stages, fields and data are imported, deduped, reports are there, email and calendar are synced, and reps are trained.
| The offer | Free five-day pipeline build |
|---|---|
| Time frame | Five business days from the call |
| Effort | One 30-minute call and one export. We import the data for them. |
| Proof | They watch it get built on their own data before they decide anything. |
| Free trial | The 30 free days start once the data is migrated, so the trial doesn’t burn while the CRM sits empty. |
Two markets and the sending plan
Two segments for two campaigns: people on HubSpot and people with no CRM at all. For the second group, take a part of that market: 100,000 companies.
Reach the market every 30 days with different angles. These are conservative assumptions for what 800,000 emails a month could get.
| Segment | Example sending plan |
|---|---|
| HubSpot users | Around 300,000 companies. 954 inboxes and 318 domains. |
| No CRM | 100,000 companies. 318 inboxes and 106 domains. |
- 800,000Emails per month
- 400,000Contacts
- 4,000Replies
- 600Positive replies
- 240Meetings booked
- 25Deals closed
- Average client lifetime value
- $10,000
- Booked call fees
- $72,000
- Projected revenue
- $250,000
Answer the objections
Start with the most common objections. These scripts answer what people already think about Salesforce.
Ask the question. Once they answer, send a personalized reply with the offer. One-line emails perform incredibly well.
Hey, first name.
Think Salesforce is too expensive for a team your size?
Hey, first name.
Do you assume Salesforce is built for companies 10 times your size?
The version for a 25-person sales team gets built in five days, and it costs nothing to look. Your stages, your fields, your deals imported.
Want a three-minute video of it?
Hey, first name.
You’ve probably heard Salesforce takes six months to roll out. We build small sales teams a working pipeline in five days, for free.
Thought this might be relevant. Worth a quick chat before committing time?
Scripts for teams on HubSpot
Start with a relevant question about a real-life situation they deal with every day. You can swap the CTAs out.
Hey, first name.
Did your HubSpot renewal come in higher than you expected?
If so, we move you across for free. Your deals, history and notes come with you. Both systems run side by side for 30 days so nothing breaks.
Want a three-minute video of the migration?
Hey, first name.
Are you exporting to a spreadsheet to build your forecast?
If so, we rebuild your reporting for free. Same stages, same data and one 30-minute call from you.
Mind if I send a short video of how it works?
Hey, first name.
Are you paying for HubSpot seats nobody logs into?
If so, we move you across for free and set up only the seats you use. Your deals and history come with you.
Want the numbers for a team your size?
Scripts for teams with no CRM
For teams with no CRM: under 50 staff, a sales team, and no CRM detected, or they have a small one.
Send it from a real person. Test different angles of the same offer.
If we set up a working pipeline for your company for free, with your real deals in it, would you want to look?
P.S. There’s a small-team version of Salesforce. It’s nothing like the one you are picturing.

Looked you guys up. We build sales teams a working pipeline in five days for free and get you off the spreadsheet.
Is that something you’re looking at this quarter?
Turn replies into booked calls
Respond within five minutes. If a personalized video takes longer, say something within five minutes and send the video when it’s ready.
Separate messages are how humans text. Have your reps type them out. Deliver whatever you promised, ask an open question and have a conversation back and forth.
- iMessageSay who you are
- Double dialCall back to back
- EmailSend the video or plan
Hey, first name. It’s Leon from company. Putting your video together now.
Is now a good time for a quick call?
Hey, first name.
I’ve inserted a link to your video.
How many reps would be working in it if you found this useful? I’d be happy to chat for 15 minutes. I might be able to shed more light on how you get your whole pipeline live without your team doing the setup.
I can make time this week. Let me know.
The 30-day follow-up sequence
Spread 20 touchpoints over a month: 10 emails, seven calls and three LinkedIn messages or iMessages.
Reply to the original thread so they have the full context. Address an objection and finish with an ask. Keep it simple.
Leave the last email with an open question, so they can come back later without feeling weird about it.
| Day | Angle |
|---|---|
| 1 | Send the promised video and connect on LinkedIn |
| 2 | Did that email land? Offer the three-minute video |
| 4 | One 30-minute call and one export. We do the rest |
| 7 | The free trial starts when the build works |
| 10 | If they pass, they keep the clean data file and pipeline map |
| 13 | Scope the build to the number of reps |
| 17 | Where do deals sit when a rep is out for a week? |
| 21 | Two build slots left. One is yours if you want it. |
| 25 | A result for a similar-sized team and a three-minute walkthrough |
| 28 | Wrong thing or wrong time? |
| 30 | Close the file or send the pipeline map |
Hey, first name.
One more thing on the build. You spend 30 minutes on a call and send one export. We do the rest.
Want the Monday slot?
Hey, first name.
In case the risk is what’s stopping you: look at it and pass, and you still keep the clean data file and the pipeline map. We never take a card.
Worth 15 minutes?
Hey, first name.
Closing this out if timing is wrong. Want the pipeline map we use for teams your size? It’s one page and it’s yours either way.
